VIP Operator

At Vip we are always on the lookout for talented people with the right skills and attitude to ensure that we offer the best communications solutions to our customers. In order to strengthen our IT & Core and Service Network Department we are now recruiting the following position:

1. BUSINESS ANALYST/OPERATIONS – POSTPAID BILLING

Key Responsibilities

* Supports internal customers (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service,…) in the analysis, definition and documentation of the user requirements translating them into technical requirement (including test specification),
* Supports business users in end-to-end testing of implemented functionalities,
* Supports the incident-, problem and change management processes for respective business services,
* Technical project management and/or technical coordination in local or group projects,
* Actively manages communication and procedures with all involved parties within Vip Operator and Mobilkom Austria Group.

Job Requirements

* Understanding of system architectures in technical environments, ideally gathered in the telecommunications industry,
* Understanding state-of-the art business applications,
* Knowledge in SQL/PLSQL
* UNIX/Linux OS knowledge
* Ability to translate various customer demands into structured technical specifications and to verify feasibility,
* Fluency in English (oral and in writing) an absolute must paired with excellent communications skills,
* Good communication capabilities,
* Willingness to go the extra-mile, meeting deadlines and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

2. BUSINESS ANALYST/OPERATIONS – PREPAID BILLING

Key Responsibilities

* Supports internal customers (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service,…) in the analysis, definition and documentation of the user requirements translating them into technical requirements (including test specification),
* Supports business users in end-to-end testing of implemented functionalities,
* Supports the team working on incident-, problem and change management processes for respective business services,
* Technical project management and/or technical coordination in local or group projects,
* Actively manages communication and procedures with all involved parties within Vip Operator and Mobilkom Austria Group.

Job Requirements

* Understanding of system architectures in technical environments, ideally gathered in the telecommunications industry,
* Understanding with IN platform,
* Ability to translate various customer demands into structured technical specifications and to verify feasibility,
* Fluency in English (oral and in writing) an absolute must paired with excellent communications skills,
* Good communication capabilities,
* Willingness to go the extra-mile, meeting deadlines and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

3. HELP DESK SPECIALIST - FOR INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Key Responsibilities

* Supports Incident and Problem solving
* Change Management of VIP Operator services
* Responsible for 7/24 e2e monitoring of Vip Operator services
* Close cooperation with local Business Analysts, Service Delivery Managers as well as 2nd and 3rd line support from hosting companies.

* Understanding of mobile communications and Internet in general;
* Analytical skills, ability to structure own work;
* Accuracy, attention to detail and well-structured mindset;
* Team-player with a sense of humor;
* Influencing, negotiation and stress managing skills;
* Fluency in English (oral and in writing) an absolute must paired with excellent communications and presentation skills;
* Willingness to go the extra-mile, meeting deadlines and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in MS Office
