Во петок, 22.01.2010 година, во 10:00 часот во Салата за конференции на ФЕИТ, ФЕИТ и ЕТАИ организираат предавање на Професорот Ролф Кремер (Rolf Kraemer) од IHP Институтот од Германија. Професорот Кремер ќе одржи предавање за Институтот и проектите и подрачјата што тие ги негуваат, под наслов “Innovations for high performance microelectronics: Current work and future perspectives”.

Апстракт:

The IHP is an Institute of the Leibniz society in Germany. It is working in the area of microelectronics in a vertical process model, i.e. it addresses all level form Systems design to material research. Currently we have a clean-room with a SiGe-Becomes technology. We can produce chips up to 200 GHz clock frequency and are working on going up to more than 500 GHz.

The talk will introduce the IHP and some interesting projects as examples, e.g. projects in the area of ultra high performance wireless communications and projects in the area of wireless sensor networks. o. Finally the talk discusses possibilities for cooperation in various projects.
